Almost all seats at Hindu College filled after third cutoff list
Out of the total 800 seats, 790 have been filled. The college has closed admission for courses such as BA (Programme), Botany (hons), Zoology (hons), and Political Science (hons).
Admission to undergraduate courses at Delhi University colleges were held smoothly on Monday under the third cutoff list.

“Today there were 75 admissions. We have completed admission on most seats but seats are vacant in some categories. There will be admission after cancellations,” said an official from the college.
Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) is likely to fill all its seats under the third cutoff. They filled 92 seats on the first day of admission under the third list.
The college has kept the cutoff for Economics (hons) and B.Com (hons) at 97.25% marks. “There may not be a fourth cutoff for Commerce as all seats are likely to get filled,” said principal RP Rustagi.
Both the courses have remained open for admission at 95% and above marks in popular colleges. Of the 53 colleges that offer B.Com (hons), 16 have closed admission while out of the 34 colleges offering Economic (hons), seven colleges have filled seats.

But Hansraj, Hindu, Kirori Mal, SRCC, Lady Shri Ram College for Women (LSR) and Sri Venkateswara College kept admission open for these courses.
Around 600 admissions have been completed at Indraprastha College for Women. The college has around 1,000 seats. It has closed admission for History (hons), Philosophy (hons), Psychology (hons), Hindi (hons), and BA (Programme).
At Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma (ARSD) college, admissions are still slow. The college completed 200 admissions today, taking the total number of admissions done to 450. The college has 1,179 seats in total.
Admission under the third cutoff will be held till July 13 and the fourth cutoff is likely to be announced on July 14 night. This year, the university will only bring out five cutoffs after which admission will be held at college level depending on the number of vacant seats in courses.
