Stephen’s aspirants have to fill out admission forms for both college, DU
St Stephen’s College said students applying to the college will have to fill both the Delhi University’s common registration form as well its own application format.
“Students who are applying for admissions at St Stephen’s College must have a valid, 11-digit DU Form number, which must be entered in the St Stephen’s application form at the designated space,” said principal John Varghese.
The college will close applications on June 17, two days before the university closes its process. The college had started its process on June 1, the same as date as DU.
The forms are available on the college website. Starting this year, aspirants have to upload a copy of the Class 12 marksheet before filling the form. The cost of application fee is `100.
The college offers BA programmes, BA (Hons) in History, English, Economics, Sanskrit, Philosophy, Bsc programme and Bsc (Hons) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Being a religious minority institution, the college reserves 50% of its seats in each course for Christian candidates
After the registration, the college will declare its cutoff and those who qualify will be called for an aptitude test and interview. The test is given 5% weightage and the interview 10%. The rest 85% is for the Class 12 board score.
