Adityanath should get married to prove his masculinity: Azam Khan
Senior Uttar Pradesh minister Azam Khan said Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)’s Adityanath should get married to prove his masculinity and sire children.
Senior Uttar Pradesh minister Azam Khan, who has been engaged in a no-holds-barred war of words with Adityanath in the past, has said Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislator should get married to prove his masculinity and sire children.
“He must tie the knot as it would help him increase his generation,” Khan, the Samajwadi Party’s most visible Muslim face, said in reply to a question whether he would like to bury the hatchet with Adityanath on Tuesday.
Khan also attacked Sakshi Maharaj when he was asked about his views on the remark of the BJP MP from Unnao that the provision of triple talaq (divorce) in the Muslim community is an injustice against women and should be banned.
“It’s an insult to talk about a man who is accused of raping a young girl,” he said during a function in the Maulana Mohammed Jauhar University.
The SP leader, who is known for bitter relations with governor Ram Naik, refused to comment on the news that Naik had accused Bollywood actor Govinda of taking the help of the underworld to contest the 2004 Lok Sabha election against him.
“Do not call him Ram Naik, instead, address him as Ram Naikji as he is the governor of the state,” Khan intervened before reporters could complete their question.
