Punjab: Over 900 Social Security, Women and Child Development Dept employees await June salary

At least 943 employees of the Department of Social Security and Women and Child Development have not received their salaries for the month of June due to a lack of budget. The department is working to resolve the issue and hopes to release the salaries within two days.

Chandigarh sees 34% jump in GST collection for June

As per the details shared by the Union ministry of finance, Chandigarh’s GST collection for June stood at ₹227.06 crore, which is ₹57.36 crore more than ₹169.7 crore collected during the same month in 2022
